American Contracts Management Group (ACMG) Services is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a potential contract to provide Admin Support Services at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, OK.

Hours: Normal operations will generally occur between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Central Time, during regular workdays of the week, Monday through Friday. No overtime activity is anticipated.

Job Summary:

  • A full-time administrative assistant will provide professional and positive experiences with all customers while ensuring all office duties are completed in a organized and timely matter. .
  • Traval-Support under this contract may require contract personnel to travel as part of their normal assigned duties. Such travel, when required, will exclusively be restricted to the territories and possessions of the United States. Any such travel, in connection with performance of tasked activities, will be identified on task orders.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in general office work.
  • Be able to type 40 words per minute on a computer in a word processing program.
  • Be able to use a computer and current office software (e.g., Microsoft Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Have a familiarity with general FAA terminology.
  • Have ability to use reference guides/manuals.
  • Be courteous in dealing with customers.
  • Be able to project a professional and positive image, in person and on the telephone.
  • Be able to work closely with others.
  • Be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Be able to work independently to complete assignments and resolve problems.
  • Have knowledge of calendaring software.
  • Have a valid state driver’s license.
  • Have experience in computer-based work and data processing, preferably including an electronic learning management system (LMS).
  • Be able to perform such duties as lifting items up to 50 pounds, carrying, stooping, and bending.

American Contracts Management Group (ACMG) Services is currently seeking a Computer Based Training Specialist for a potential contract to provide Computer Based Training in Admin Support Services at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, OK.

Job Summary:

  • Hours: Normal operations will generally occur between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Central Time, during regular workdays of the week, Monday through Friday. No overtime activity is anticipated.
  • Full-time computer-based training specialist will possess the skills needed to provide computer-based work and data processing skills. Training Specialist will put on virtual live training events and provide technical support for online training.
  • Travel: Support under this contract may require contract personnel to travel as part of their normal assigned duties. Such travel, when required, will exclusively be restricted to the territories and possessions of the United States. Any such travel, in connection with performance of tasked activities, will be identified on task orders.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of general office experience and 1 year of training division experience.
  • Have experience in computer-based work and data processing, preferably including an electronic learning management system (LMS)
  • Experience working with Adobe Connect (producing virtual live training (VLT) events, including breakout rooms, whiteboards, virtual classroom creation, etc. Preference should be given to individuals who are proficient in the use of current versions of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and have experience with Google Docs, providing technical support for online training, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Outlook, Excel, and learning management systems (i.e., Cornerstone, Blackboard, Topyx, Training Server, etc.).
  • Able to perform clerical duties such as: typing, filing, receiving, and routing telephone calls.
  • Be proficient with spelling, grammar, punctuation, and standard correspondence formats.
  • Be courteous in dealing with customers.
  • Able to project a professional and positive image, in person and on the telephone.
  • Able to work closely with others and follow instructions.
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license.

    Job Summary
  • Full-time project manager will provide strategic planning and scheduling services while advising and updating government client on planning and operations issues throughout the life of the contract. Project manager will coordinate strategic initiatives and provide consultation, management, and supervision to Data Analyst in support of mission objectives.
  • Program managers oversee the fulfillment of larger organizational goals. They coordinate activities between multiple projects without directly managing them. Instead, they manage the main program, giving detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation.
  • Travel- Support under this contract may require contract personnel to travel as part of their normal assigned duties. Such travel, when required, will exclusively be restricted to the territories and possessions of the United States. Any such travel, in connection with performance of tasked activities, will be identified on task orders.

Hours: Normal operations will generally occur between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Central Time, during regular workdays of the week, Monday through Friday. No overtime activity is anticipated.
Job Summary:

  • Full-time Technical Writer III will provide impactful writing and editing skills, advanced computer skills, and administration and document management to the Admin Support Services Team.
  • Travel- Support under this contract may require contract personnel to travel as part of their normal assigned duties. Such travel, when required, will exclusively be restricted to the territories and possessions of the United States. Any such travel, in connection with performance of tasked activities, will be identified on task orders.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), graphic design, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Knowledge Sharing Network (KNS) administration and document managing.
  • Working knowledge of MS Project, AutoCADD, and Visio a plus.
  • The ability to pass the applicable background investigation.

  • Degrees: 4-year degree with emphasis in writing/editing
  • QUALIFICATION: 5 years’ experience in writing/editing or complex administrative type tasks.
